The short version
This website runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own infrastructure rather than fetched from another company’s servers as you browse. The only personal information we receive through this site is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately.
Information you give us
If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and the message itself. We use this solely to respond to you and, if it leads to work, to carry out that work. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, ours records standard server and network logs when a page is requested. These contain your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and the browser user-agent string. They exist for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, and are held for a limited period before being discarded.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors as part of protecting the site. It carries no advertising function and is not used to profile you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. A small number of providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site and our business:
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS and protection against attacks. Handles requests in transit and the logs described above.
- Google Workspace — our business email. If you contact us, your message is held in our mailbox.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, after which they are deleted. Server and network logs are retained for a short period for security purposes. Where we have an ongoing client relationship, records are kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as we are required to retain them afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — which, as above, is something we do not do. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you where we are required to and where it is the right thing to do.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
Our infrastructure and our providers operate in the United States, so information submitted through this site is processed there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
